Areas of Focus

I provide mental health diagnosis, medication management, holistic non-medication treatment, and brief supportive therapy for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. 

My Practice

I am currently accepting new clients. 

Insurance

I am in-network with Premera, Lifewise, Regence, Blue Cross Blue Shield, First Choice Health, (FCH), and Aetna  health insurance providers. Please keep in mind that you may still be able to use your insurance if your plan has out-of-network benefits. I cannot bill services to Medicaid.  I am unable see people with Tricare or Medicare insurances due to their policies.
